Has anyone here owned the sartorius ay123 scale?? I bought it for $330 online, plugged it in and tried weighing the 100100 gram incluses weight and it was off from anywhere from being 100.85 to 100.40 and changed almost every time i put it on. Now i read some places to plug it in and keep it on for 24 hours before so im gonna try that when i get home but im wondering if anyone has owned this or similar scales for and had similar issues or can offer advice before i gett pissed and send this back at a 20%lot restocking fee

never heard of sartorius... if i was spending that kind of $$ i'd just get an old mettler toledo off of ebay or something. make sure you're on a totally level surface and follow any calibration procedure in the manual?? if you still don't get a repeatable weight, send it back, i guess.

You paid 330$ for a scale that only shows 2 decimals? My god...

Edit: Nevermind, forgot that most people here live in the US and uses measurments (like grains etc) I do not understand.

Off topic, but I'd recommend a Cent-o-gram 311 g balance. Rugged, quad - beam, 311 g capacity, marks every 10 mg, ~$ 40 USD used. They've been making these for half a century, so you know they nailed the design down tight.
