Hey guys I got 10 sandoz 12 mcg/h patches for free from a friend. Everyone was too scared to take them so no one bought them and my homie doesnt have tolerance to opiates so he hasnt taken any and just gave them to me. Im wondering how much I should take. It normally takes me 75mg of oxycodone orally to feel a damn thing and I could take it probably 2-3x a day. I started with one patch and then 12 hours later put on another one, at 17 hours I put one a third, and then I just woke up (at about 24 hours) put on another one. I cant feel a thing. Im at 48 mcg/h any idea what I could safely go up to? Thanks!

Hey Bro..many will tell u to be careful with patches, however 12 mcgs are very weak thats 12 micrograms per hour.. From what i understand Fent works better for acual pain ,and is not very recreational, however i have never done it but read to get high on em..most people cut em up and suck on em...but since you are already wearing a bunch im not sure...never can be too careful...good luck br=e safe and prolly better to just stick to the oxycodones..
