My future is not in my past. Day 1 171.3 lbs 105/75 after blood pressure medication. Pulse 75 Ingested omega 3 vit D , half a bar. Have to work in 12 hours. Sour belly , belching, heartburn, body starting to lock-up. Want to crawl in a hole. Rather be at war at least then some1 else is the enemy. Will not fail today and incapable of worrying about tomorrow.
