Sam-E combo info

I have a question, does anybody out there have any information in regards to the efficacy and/or any safety concerns pertaining to the use of serotonin precursors (such as Sam-E) in combination with, or predating MDMA usage? There is very little information to be found on this subject. Personally I find that slightly concerning and would like to know more, either to help spread awareness for something potentially useful, or potentially dangerous, thank you!

When I used Sam-e i felt really messed up. It was like seeing everything at once, like peripherial and whatnot. Didnt effect rolling.

Theres some chemical relation to DMT synthesis with that.

What do you mean by the relation to DMT synthesis? Also, did you mean you felt messed up when using Sam-e in general, or in combination with something? Thanks man

Sam-E plus a methyl donor plus something else is a similar process to DMT production. I dont remember the details.

And, no, everything looked strange to me on it itself. Good for mood though.

Maybe someone else can chime in the gaps here....
