Maybe if you smoked them...
You have to take a pretty hard toke off an extract to get a decent buzz from salvia, I doubt you can absorb it at a fast enough rate, especially from plant matter. But chewing tabbaco works, so you never know.

Looks like the guy has just put leaves through a tablet press. Wouldn't bother with them - you ever tried holding dried salvia leaves in your mouth? To say it tastes like shit is an understatement.

The Mazatecs never used to smoke salvia, they used to make a quid out of it and place it under their tounge.
Whether or not these tablets allow you to do that is a different matter, but do not discount this method.
