Salvia Divinorum - New Experience - My positive salvia trip.

Yesterday I was with a couple of friends and we bought some salvia. This was their first time using salvia and it was my first. My two friends had a negative experience with salvia both times and when I witnessed my friends take, particularly one of them, it scared me because of the way he reacted to it. This was giving me second thoughts about taking it, but then I thought why not.

My experience -

So I had the salvia and it was a really weird experience for me even thought it was I had a good reaction to it. I had uncontrollable laughter. my friends said to me that I didn't say a word and that I was just constantly laughing for about 3 minutes and it felt like 5 seconds to me.

I can't remember laughing for that long, which freaked me out. the second I took it I didn't think it would effect me and I looked at my friend for literally a second and from that moment I can't remember anything until I was coming down. As I was coming down I was still laughing and couldn't really control it.

Has anybody else ever had this uncontrollable laughter?

Judging from all the Youtube videos, laughter seems to be a very common side effect.

I have not had uncontrollable laughter and I've done tons of salvia. However my brother was giggling when he tried it and from what I understand it is not an uncommon side-effect. Laughing does not necessarily mean you had a good trip though.

i use the high strength extracts ,and allways laugh my ass off, i usually end up on the floor as the force pulling me down is so strong, allthough its dark, and i feel myself being pulled down , i can usually realize im laughing my ass off !
