I've heard that Sally D is legal as a plant but you cannot import it from overseas or use it as a drug.
Is this true?

Also what is the likelihood of coming across a grower in Australia?

Sorry, you're shit out of luck. It's a Schedule 9 drug - illegal to grow, possess, ingest, distribute or import for any reason. And this is one of the few countries in the world where you can't just buy it over the counter. For that reason, you're going to have a very hard time finding a grower. I searched for about three months before I found one, and it was just a matter of luck and connections.

^ Cheers mate.

I wasn;t sure on the legality as a plant but it seems you have your answer. As we don't allow availability discussion around here I am going to have to close this.

To the OP, welcome to Bluelight, I hope you stick around as I am sure you can learn a lot around here. You might try reading the forum guidelines so you have a better idea what is and is not allowed when posting. :)
