Hello all :)
Wow.. I'm not sure if I've ever posted in PD. If I have it's not been for years!
Regardless, I hope you're all doing well ;) Anyhoo - I'll get to the point.

I found a small vial, half-fullish of Salvia which I think is an extract of some amount, but I do not know how potent.

I'd not done Salvia in... too long to remember. The first time I tried it it was pure leaves, no extract, and I had to smoke a lot to get an effect.
With this, a small pipe-load will do "the trick" easily.

The main thing I wish to enquire about is if anyone else which under the influence of it has a feeling like Gravity is more prominent and I get what I can only describe as a light visualisation of a triangular vacuum of Gravity pulling me downward or backward.

Soooo.. Any takers? It's a fucking weird substance and not something I'm fond of haha =D But I'm just one of those that thinks "Fuck it, let's go".

I've only smoked it twice since finding it. Not feeling too swift to smoke any more really.

Thankyoo!

I feel incredibly heavy on salvia. I remember one time it was so bad that I couldn't move from my chair. Even lifting an arm was a task.

Salvia is really an odd substance, with the reverse tolerance effect. And you don't crave it after you smoke, which I think you experienced.

Salvia is incredibly heavy. Even when your being lifted through astral projection you still feel your "body" being pushed towards the earth. Gives people a sense of no control, but salvia for me isn't about being in control of your experience, but going with the flow and trying to make sense of whatever you experienced.

I thought I was being sucked into the couch the first time I did it, I kept yelling at my friends to pull me out before I was lost forever (they just laughed, of course, which made the trip end up sucking because they kept messing with me :/). I didn't really have any visuals, per se, but there were a lot of new physical feelings that emerged.

A sensation of amplified or skewed gravity is probably the single most common reported effect of salvia. It's likely a result of salvinorin A reaping havoc with the vestibular sense. It may be that somewhere along the processing chain kappa opioid agonism has a role, and a sudden influx of salvinorin A (a KOR agonist) is something like throwing chaff on the transmission lines.

Ahhh good so I'm not alone. It really is very prominent isn't it!
The visual aspect is very, very slight. I've never had massive doses that take away my sense of self and I've no desire to do so :\
It's an odd one indeed. Unique really.

i have not tried it, but i know some very respected people in the community love it. ive heard from a few people that they felt like there was spiders and bugs crawling all over there body. that was kind of a turn off for me. but none of you have experienced this?

I always get that pulling feeling when smoking salvia, it's usually one of the first things I notice. i'll get pulled by this spinning force then thrown out of my body and into some imaginary world. It's mind blowing, half the time I don't even realize what happened until afterwards. I know there's some variance in how the pulling affects certain people, whether it feels circular, clockwise or counter-clockwise or whether you're being pulled inwards, like into something. If i smoke a higher dose I usually just pass through the pulling feeling and just end up with the weird experience. When you really breakthrough you will have some crazy visuals, it takes a few tries to get where you want and after you probably won't want to go back.

On salvia, I've felt that gravity switched spots if you think of the space you occupy as a cube, like everything shifted one way and it was like everything was being pulled down but instead of down, sideways.

I experienced exactly this on my one and only try at Salvia

Yea I know what you mean Logic.
Sometimes my vision would have a sort of.... what I can only describe as a "Tetris effect" going on..
Fuckin weird, weird substance.

Last time I used it (a LONG time ago) I was on my bed with a few friends in the room. When it hit, gravity suddenly went sideways and I had to hold onto my bed to stop myself flying away. It was so disturbing I've not used it since. I would not have described it as a pleasant experience.

That is a fantastic way to describe salvia. o.O I should try tutting if I do salvia again.

I wouldn't quite say gravity itself is pulling me on salvia because I have very little awareness of "me". I feel like there is some infinitely heavy weight pushing down... but it doesn't exactly feel like a literal weight would. It's this unique bizarre salvia sensation.
