WOW !!!! That was a great report dude. I really want to try salvia now. I love reading lines like "Eventually K snaps me back to reality somewhat. With one of the funniest faces I’ve seen a human being make, he points to the T.V. and says in a high pitched voice, ”Turn that shit off!.” Killer Klowns was still on, I forgot! A great read. It's gotten me interested in trying Salvia. What other drug would you compare the "feeling" too? Mushrooms? or is it a bit more stoning like DXM?

I've found if you close your eyes during the salvia coming on, and start tripping like you're in another world.. As soon as you are able to open your eyes (as in, remember you are a human being with eye lids and all), the trip will pretty much go when you do this, and leave some afterglow properties and some small hallucinations. I have got some weird, interesting and deluded OEV's on salvia though. Like a star moving across the sky, that made me follow it into a neighbours yard at night time.

Yeah - great report. As you say, Salvia's unlike anything else - nothing has transported me so completely into a complete other realm.
However, in my experience, opening or keeping the eyes open doesn't necessarily diminish the experience.
One of my earliest experiences had me instantly transported to a quay-side, complete with river/sea, boats, seagulls, etc., and I ended up wandering around my flat (apartment for you in the US of A!) trying to find who it was that was speaking to me from behind a warehouse - like others here, I reckon staying sitting when smoking Salvia is probably the wisest course!
Another time, on a much lower dosage, the experience was more in the acid realm, with my partner's face gradually morphing into the most beautiful of fish-faces - the inspiration for my username!
Take care - don't mess with this stuff, it does have a viscious way reminding you that it's not a toy - oh, and finally folks, be careful with your bong/pipe, as it does come on extremely quickly and I have heard of folk setting fire to their clothes or furnishings - what the hell that was like while tripping on Salvia I can't even begin to imagine!

I was Killer Klowns From Outer Space, but having seen it a few times before, my mind soon begins to wonder towards the gram of Salvia 5x I had received in the mail yesterday.

After smoking salvia, I noticed my speech was missing a few key words as well, the brain fog surrounding it was enough that I had trouble stringing together coherent sentances.
