Hi there, after reading this site and other websites i had got a ruff idea of what salvia was about... or so i thought.
Coming home from town one day and I managed to pick up a bag of salvia divinorum x 10 extract.

Later on we got to a friends house and I showed him the bag he looked very curious to try it and I was very curious to watch someone try it,


We made a home-made bong and my friend packed a cone full and smoked it, he held his breath for about 40 second whilst in this time I had packed his second cone, we repeated the process until he had smoked 3 and I packed a 4th for him... this is when it took effect.

I held the bong out towards him and could see a dazed look on his face almost like he was looking right through me and I said "do you want another?"

No reply from him so I sat back and kept an eye on him.
he laid down onto his back for about 4 seconds before sitting back up very slowly and looking at me with a very untrustworthy, scared look on his face, "oh no, not you as well" he said and jumped to his feet, he started running towards the door at a surprisingly high pace, then to the front door of the flat by this time I had got a hold of him and seemed to have calmed him down.

I sat on the bed next to him thinking he had come back to reality when he tried to escape again...

He come around after about 1 minute and said "what the f**k am I doing here", I explained what had just happened and was convinced that it didn’t really happen.. Only in the salvia land he had just entered.

he was back to reality for good this time in a very panicky mood reapeatly saying "im not doing that again", I asked him what happened and this is what he come out with....

he said he could remember only smoking 2 cones although he smoked 3 and he said the floor started rumbling and objects went 2d, he then said that he went to a different reality were he had just found out that his life had been a lie and a TV show like big brother, he also told me the whole time he felt like he was pinned to the floor.

Apparently I he felt like the truth turned out that I was an evil "drone" who had betrayed him and turned against him (that was why he was running away".

He claimed that he had gone for about 1/2 an hour but the ordeal was about 60 seconds long and he seemed very grateful that reality had come back, in his eyes the salvia world felt so real and during the time in it he could not remember smoking salvia.

this is the trip report from my experience but I guess I will never truly know until I have experienced it myself, due to my pervious mental illness, panic attacks and a tendency to freak out of drugs I don’t think I will try it or be brave enough to...

I leave you with this.... salvia is a tool and not a toy.. treat it with respect

Now that some time has passed does your friend have any interest in trying it again?

Yep, can be a very scary experience if not treated with respect and done in comfortable settings and mindsets.

Maybe he expected it to be mild, which it is most definately not, and got totally consumed in a world where he didn't know how long he'd be there for. Nothing can prepare you for salvia land, but if he had an idea of the effects then maybe this episode could of been prevented or minimised

a few of my friends still want to experience salvia a bit more.. but understand and respect the power of salvia.

Almost precisely what my friend too has experienced!

I had the same type of experience the first time. The "normal" world was a fake, I was the joke of a "movie" and all things only existed when I perceived them. Like all things were instantly created for me to continue this awake dream we live in.
I was very scared by that experience too, but on the other hand wanted to know if it was really like so.
So several months later I gained courage to try messing with sally again.
Bang! All those disturbing feeling of living in a fake world again. But this time I wasn´t so scared as I was puzzled by what I was perceiving.
Several puzzlements later I now have the notion that when on salvia I cease to exist and become a part of reality. Like we are all connected and there is no beginning nor end to existence.
This is a very strange "drug" and i wonder if I`ll ever find out that what it shows me is real or just my own mind playing tricks on me

Did your mate smoke it with a normal lighter or did he use a torch lighter with the blue cause i heard only torch lighters give you the buzz. Also what kind of bong was it cause when i imagine what happened i get this image of a water bong for some reason...

Man when i had salvia i had about 2 buckies and i got nothing off it, the stuff was probly tea leaves or someting...

he smoked it in a homemade bong with a normal lighter, he's 16 and about the size of a 14 year old....
he still riped his cones in one and held them all in for 30 - 40 seconds.
not sure i want to try salvia

The common theme of robots and drones within salvia reports and experiences (both my own and others) leave me with a nasty taste in my mouth about it more often than not. It's like a creativity stifler.

I once wrote a thesis on this subject..

It seems this experience is described in the holy books of most religions existing to man..

To sense, explore and accept these feelings is what is labeled as "nirvana"..

To remember when you die, that this is what the world really is like is apparantly what qualifies you for "ascension"..

The way to feel this sensation is to sedate your concious mind, while keeping your mental "self" totally awake..

A totally clear separation of these two (to the degree of moving the mental self OUT of your "body"), is what people descibe when having socalled "Out of body/Near death experiences"

With that in mind, one can really begin to wonder what all this is about..
