Just a quick message to thank you all for the wealth of information you have collated on this site. I have been addicted to codeine for years. This was ok when I lived abroad where such stuff was available over the counter but a real problem since returning to the UK. So, I've been using too much Nurofen Plus for years (thank goodness for on-line pharmacies). Now, thanks to Bluelight, I can perhaps get my situation under control through CWE, codeine linctus (amazed we can buy that OTC in England... Won't be asking in the local pharmacies where I am too well known).
i would love to get off the stuff completely but suspect that won't happen soon. If I can find a way to be stable without causing further damage to various organs that will do fine for now.
