I trust you a bunch, I'll let you steer,
look far and wide, tell me what you find
on all forward sides, I'll watch out from back here

I'm watching your back, you're safe from attacks,
I'll make sure you have lots of time to react.
we won't sink, I'll repair the cracks
do you trust me dear?

as we sail the oceans, I pass you many possible solutions
you might think I had the potions, you seek,
but I didn't teach, it was you, who found this moment
in harmony, we sail all the oceans, and it is golden

you need a break? it's my turn to steer,
I've been paying attention the whole way here,
but is our direction clear?
if you're in doubt, I'll figure it out
tell me what you see from back there

made a wrong turn, you'd think I would learn
what was i missin? did i not listen?
or did you forget your position, was in the rear?
I know, we'll grow and adapt if we don't over-react

as we sail the lakes, we may make some mistakes
but as we communicate, and learn to relate
we see how it's great, to try to work together
we don't wait, we stay in a state, that aims to make it better

whatever you learn/see ... from anything i write.... you learned/saw yourself..
i dont make everything super obvious.. i like to leave an amount open to interpretation

some of the things I share I wrote in high school myself...
i fix grammar and change them slightly if i see a way to improve them..
but in whole, i dont really change them from their original meaning..

Maybe you have some old ones too?
