Yes lol, I was on the track team in high school. After that I always used to do 24 miles every days (that's not as good as it sounds - I did it due to anorexia) but I suffered a severe back injury 5 years ago and it's just impossible to exercise now. I do do 2 hours of walking a day, though, split up into many, many 10-15 minute walks. It hurts like hell but I'm trying to regain muscle tone and try and get in better shape. I'm not overweight, I'm actually underweight (BMI 17.1) but you don't have to be fat to be unfit.
