Cocaine safety of rinsing cottons for another shitt??

I used to reuse needles so bad to the point where id use one at least a dozen and a half times and the tip would be like shoving a paper clip in your arm by the time i got rid of them.. i cut that shit out though and just use once and dispose of it now

I've done that too unfortunately... too sick to go to the pharmacy or exchange, or in a part of town where nothing's open.. I'll shove some dull as shit in my arm if I'm fiending. Now I try and avoid that by always having a well stocked supply of fresh rigs.

Why we don't ever EVER reuse a syringe....

I had seen that pic before I ever started shooting up and at first I only used a needle once. However, over time I had to start using different veins, some of which were difficult to hit. WHen you are stabbing yourself 15+ times with the same needle just trying to hit a vein, the idea of using it a 16th time for your next shot doesn't seem so crazy. My only concern is about the potential for bacteria, not the sharpness.

If I could find veins easily, then I probably wouldn't reuse needles.

You shouldn't be using the same needle 15 times when trying to hit yourself, this is likely greatly exacerbating your problems with hitting a vein and damaging your veins. Use a needle for 1 or 2 pokes, if you haven't hit the vein yet use a new needle. I know you can use up a lot of needles this way but it is totally worth it for anyone who has problems finding their veins. When I've used a fresh syringe for each poke, it'd take me about 4 tries to hit a vein when if I used the same syringe it would take 20+ tries. At least only go 3-4 tries before switching to a new syringe. That needle is getting duller and duller every time it pierces the skin, it doesn't make any difference whether you've actually injected or not.

To quickly switch your liquid into a fresh syringe, take out the plunger of the fresh syringe and squirt the liquid into the barrel. Then delicately replace the plunger, just to the point where it it sealing the syringe barrel and turn the syringe upside down so that the liquid goes to the "top" of the barrel (which would currently be at the bottom) where the plunger is, and then slowly push the plunger in so that the air is squeezed out through the needle but none of the liquid is. You should be able to do this very quickly with a tiny bit of practice.

Okay. So I did a little research. If you MUST (I know I'm aboutto get flamed saying how unsafe it is but obviously people are doing it anyway. So fuck it. Atleast give them an idea on how to HR andmost bacteria takes 12 to 48 hours to grow in sufficent numbers. So if you are rinsing try to use cotton that is less than 12 hours old.

Using suboxone filters (or subutex) is especially bad cause of the sugar in the tabs and strips. Not saying I haven't done it when dieing sick...but I try not to.
