Safety First

theoretically speaking, the best method would be to dissolve it into a known volume of something it's very well soluble in, for example, if you dissolved your 10 mg of C-8813 into 10 mL of solvent, mix very well, then you know that you have a 1 mg/mL solution that you can use for IV, plugging, waterlining, etc. NOTE 1 mg/mL IS LIKELY A DEADLY CONCENTRATION OF THIS COMPOUND, I ONLY USE THE NUMBERS AS A SIMPLE EXAMPLE.

edit: whoa, i understand this substance is like 600x the strength of morphine? so like six times the strength of fentanyl? so the dose would be in like the microgram range? dangerous. i wouldn't suggest this stuff for human use. you are gonna have to dissolve this stuff in a LOT of whatever it's soluble in in order to get a solution with a concentration weak enough where 1 mL or 0.5 mL worth of it (typical syringe volumes) isn't going to kill you. i think best harm reduction practice would be to stay far away from this stuff. if it's really this strong, they might not be able to bring you back with naloxone. even handling this stuff without gloves, goggles and a face mask could be risky.
