Safe to talk on facebook?

Just wondering how safe it is (legally) to talk about illegal drugs and plans to use bla bla via facebook? For example say I am trying to gather some people together to all take and I wanna know how many people want?

Btw Im located in Turkey but I guess facebook is pretty much the same for anywhere.

Its more of a question of if the police can legally obtain your chat history. I know I'd be fucked if they got mine. In my country im pretty sure the bill got thrown out but they keep trying to fucking sneak in the same bill.
Mine is incriminating as fuck! but I never have drugs on me so I dont know exactly what they could do with it as far as charging me goes.
