Safe to take today? Need ASAP

Last night around ten thirty I took about a mg of suboxone, so it's been less than twenty four hours as of right now.
Would it be okay to take an oxy 10, 50mg tram, and a perc 5? And then maybe have a drink or two of mikes hard or something like that.

You should be fine taking the 15mg oxycodone with the 50mg of ultram however I would not add any alcohol to the mix. That is usually the wild card that gets many opiate users into potential health concerns.

Even at 1mg of suboxone, I am not sure that 15mg of Oxy and 50 of ultram is enough to fully push through the blockade effects of the subs. Depending on your tolerance, you should feel something but it might not be entirely what you are looking for.

The tramadol should break through, I don't think I'd waste the oxy though.

^ Agreed, save the Oxy! A mate gave me a Norspan patch (5mg - 5mcg over 7days) which sounds like nothing, and felt like nothing really also. Tolerance is a bitch too though.

Anyway I managed to get x10 5mg Oxy IR... 20/30mg would usually have me nice and warm, though after taking all 10, plus whatever codeine I could find - absolutely no buzz. Ended up just crashing out and wasting the Oxy Not. Happy. Jan.
