Safe to take painkillers before mdma?

I'm gonna go to a rave tonight where I wanna drop md but now I've woken up with an excruciating headache and I'm tempted to take anadin or aspirin.. Id be dropping in around 8 hours time. Is it safe to take these kinds of painkillers on the same day as mdma?
