Is it safe to take 2.5-10 mg of dextroamphetamine while on a 101.5 fever? What about Abilify, Lexapro, Lamotrigine, and Remeron. I rather not titrate all these down. Are all these safe on a fever? I realize I should go to a doctor but considering the fever isn't dangerously high going to a doctor is not an option for me. This thread falls under harm reduction I guess?
