Safe to take flexeril after adderall?

I took about 60mg of adderall xr throughout the day and was wondering if it would be safe to take a flexeril to calm my heart (palpitations),stop jaw clenching,promote sleep ect. Just 5mg flexeril. Oh and im on a tiny tiny piece of subutex, onemg or less. Thanks for any input!

I spent sometime looking into this for you can I cant find anything saying it is dangerous or ortherwse. I would think with such a low does of flexeril you wont experience any bad side effects or anything. It doesn’t appear that there is much documented data about mixing the two but because you are on the tail end of an amphetamine high, in a normal dose range at that, I would say you would be fine. I wouldn’t dose too high though because as I stated there is no strong evidence either way.

Also as long as your tolerant the suboxone shouldnt have much effect. Suboxone always made me dehydrated and a little bit stimulated so you may want to take that into consideration. If you are not tolerant however that is a lot of sub and i would definitely leave it out as you will get energy and 1mg may even be too much. Let me know if this helps!
