Safe to take 30mg of Zyrtec?

Sometimes I take 3 of these 10mg non drowsy allergy pills to help me sleep when I don't have Benadryl. If you take 3 it makes you as drowsy as Benadryl would. I'm hesitant to do this with Zyrtec though because it's one of the newer non drowsy antihistamines and it makes me nervouse. Can someone enlighten me?

I think it's non-drowsy because like 90% of the dose doesn't cross BBB, so can see how it would make you drowsy at higher doses. I don't think there's anything too dangerous from it, i've certainly done much higher doses before. Might be worth reading up on the side effects in general though, as they're only going to increase with higher dosage.
