Nausea confusion and paranoia can be possible with taking MDMA but highly unlikely for your first time. Particularly if your friend initially only took half.
Sounds to me very much like a piperazine such as BZP. At a guess I would say as you use the word heaps you are from Australia.
Unfortunately Australia is notorious for bunk pills such as this one.
Investment in a test kit is a must for the current drug market. Gone are the days when you could buy an E in a club and be 90% sure it was either MDMA or MDEA.
In terms of safety piperazines are relatively safe isolated. When you mix them with MDMA then things turn for the worse.
You should avoid piperazine at all cost. It is an awful compound. A very unpleasant high. The reason there is so much around is because the legality status is questionable and it is much more preferable for people to be caught making piperazine pills rather than MDMA.
Thats the irony of it really in the governments attempt to prohibit MDMA it has made the chance of being poisoned much higher.
I must warn you the mix of piperazine and MDMA can be lethal with anything ranging from death to a 2 year come down to a very unpleasant headache and nausea the next day.
You also have to watch out for compounds such as PMA, PMMA. I am told at low dose these compounds are okay. The problem is when you take above the recommended amount. taking several pills for example could achieve this effect. PMA and PMMA have been known to cause seizures and death. To be avoided at all costs. Why use PMA in the first place I hear you ask? Likely its cheaper than MDMA and at the lower doses it may well give a fair buzz. I dont honestly know why idiots choose this compound to manufacture pills with.
so basically, if youve eaten a pill w/o testing it, does that mean you should test it b4 you try the exact same pill again? or if it didnt kill you the first time does that mean your safe?
As a rule of thumb if its the same pill from the same supplier I would say 90% chance it would be the same. However, batches can change and every pill should be treated as potentially something that if not tested will fuck you up very very badly. If you view a few of the threads on here you will see what can unfortunately happen. I myself are very messed up from an MDMA and BZP combo I took last year in September. As of yet not any where near recovered.
As a result view a test kit like using a condom. If you dont want to take silly risks and for a small amount of investment and hassle have piece of mind then always test your product.
