Safe to redose Hydromorphone?

Hi everyone. At 8 PM this evening i snorted 2 mg dilaudid. I feel pretty relaxed now and a little light headed. I usually take 30 mg hydrocodone to get a nice buzz going.

When is it safe to snort another 2 mg? And is re dosing even effective with dilaudid?

I don't know what time it is now where you are but it's a good idea to wait about an hour and a half before redosing. I would recommend you only take another 1mg though. Just go by how you feel, and remember to dose up SLOWLY.
 
OK another quick question here. So its been an hour and 30 minutes since I snorted the 2 mg Dilaudid. I have another 2 mg Dilaudid and I also have 12.5 mg of Hydrocodone.

Would it be safe for me to take the Hydrocodone orally and then snort another 2 mg of Dilaudid?

Is there a chance of OD with this amount? Or is the worst thing that might happen is me throwing up?

Also, the first 2 mg of Dilaudid I snorted i inhaled very deeply ( blocked one nostril ) and I could taste it in the back of my throat. Did I inhale too deeply? Also I inhaled some water immediately after to wash it down. Was this a mistake?
 
So its been 2 and a half hours since my initial nasal dose of 2 mg dilaudid. Safe to take another 2 mg dilaudid nasally and 12.5 mg hydrocodone orally?
 
Well i took that dose and felt pretty good. Heres how it all went. 8 pm : snorted 2 mg dilaudid. Hardly any feeling. 1030 pm : orally 12.5 mg hydrocodone and snorted 2 mg dilaudid. Felt pretty good. 1 am : snorted 2 mg diladid. By 2 am i was feeling pretty good but despite all i consumed, i get a better high from 30 mg hydrocodone orally taken all at once.

How much dilaudid should i snort to get a nice buzz? About the same as 40 mg hydrocone orally?
 
What's your opiate tolerance like? Honestly if you get the feelings you want from hydrocodone I don't really understand why you would jump to hydromorphone, you're just gonna mess up your tolerance and you'll regret that in the future...and that's ignoring the obvious dangers of taking such a strong opiate. I really advise you to stick to the hydrocodone.
Btw yes, after snorting it's normal to taste it at the back of your throat. I don't really think there's such a thing as 'inhaling too deeply'.

I usually take about 30 mg hydrocodone at a time. I dont have the hydrocodone at the moment but I do have the dilaudid thats the only reason I ask.

How much do you think I should snort?
