Safe to mix heroin and fent patch

Sounds dangerous ehh? Well I dont plan on abusing the patch more than i already am by using it. By this i mean I do not intend to do anything with it but stick it on my arm. moving on, I have 4 25mcg/H strips (i think thats right) I want to use them to give my wallet a break from the smack. So I want to stick 1 or 2 on blow some weed and abstain from h, but my problem is that everything i read shows that it takes hours for the fent to kick in, thus leaving me with full w/d's. Would it be safe to use h right after doing a shot of dope to carry me over?

btw My tolerance is way high.. I use about a gram of black tar heroin that i would say is about 60-70 percent in purity on a good day.been doing this for a couple years. im 230 pounds, and i have no health problems.

Scrape the gel out if possible and smoke it off foil if you don't wanna wait
I did it once with a pretty bad habit and it was the quickest roa and got me super high

I heard that works, but im scared to measure incorrectly and frickin OD. I dont think that i will od, but i dont want to chance it. You ever do it with heroin at the same time?

Have your usual shot of heroin or a bit less if you're worried and apply the patches straight after it, they take like 12 hours to kick in anyway, sometimes even more.

You should be ok, just don't smoke too much to fast, you should be able to tell the difference between a hard nod and falling out especially with your tolerance, but also I have no experience with bth...

If you wanna use it just to stave off withdrawals though smoking doesn't seem like a good ROA. All fentanyl will be gone soon if you smoke it trust me, it's like the crack of opiates.

No crack of opiates is hydromorphone!! But yah thats what i was thinking toz, if i smoke it , im pretty sure it will be gone quick..I think ill just do what you mentioned..im gonna do my shot now, put the patch on and try to not do more h for the night 9even tho i got a whole gram of some pretty, stinky, black tar right in front of me!

Thanks for the advice bill. If wearing these things dont do it for me ill try the smoking method. Ill jump back on if i have any more ?'s thanks for the help guys

-edit- Okay i just injected .25 of black tar, got a good rush, and just slapped on a patch. Lets see how this goes. Also I got a question about tapering with these. From what i understand is that the w/d's from the fent patch are tough but dont last long. Is this true? Could i possibly break my grip from heroin with these? Im paying a lot every day on h..its getting tougher to maintain so if this keeps the the restless legs away and allows me to sleep and till heroin to screw off!

Well its been 10 hours and im starting to get sick. By this i mean the patch isn't doing anything. Not even for pain.i missed a shot early in a tender spot n it still hurts pretty bad. Should i put on another patch?

um im sorry but i dont recommend mixing fent and heroin. they are two very powerful opiates. i have had a friend OD on fent alone and he was very tolerant to opiates. he had been on the juice (methadone) for a couple of years, decided to skip his dose that day and smoke some fent while wearing a patch.

i'd just save the patch for when you dont have heroin. how do you do your heroin?? dont even think about IV heroin + fent ( any roa). heroin is so godly on its own; if i were you i would sell the fent and buy for herron

Im a bit late but it takes around 12 hours for the patch to reach peak plasma levels, becomimg fully active. By now (then) it would have be alright to have taken the minimal amount of H to get well. Anytime after the 12 hours it becomes risky with the chance of ODing exponentially greater.

Maybe an alternate route of administration might be a lot safer than ibjecting as lacster said. Very minimal dose via different ROA.

patch? You should put on every single one of them, I thought you had already done this, seeing as you stated in your first post you only had 4x 25mcg/h patches and was gonna use them. It's the equivalent of one 100mcg/h patch. Which I am not even sure would be able to keep you out of withdrawal by itself either...

one fentanyl 100mcg/h patch ~ 325mg morphine daily (oral ROA) is a rough estimate.
