Harm Reduction Safe to IV Bacteriostatic Water?

Simple question. Is it safe to IV bacteriostatic water? I'm considering making an IV solution to store for a bit and I was wondering if it was safe to IV bacteriostatic water. Just so you all know I'll be mixing up a fentanyl solution with a concentration of 1mg/mL
 
I was just asking this question because some websites say that iving bacteriostatic water can cause hemolysis. Is that true and if so pls explain how to prevent it.
