Opioids Safe to get vaccinated while withdrawing from opiates?

I'm going on a little trip to Asia on november and need to get tetanus and polio vaccinations before it. I'm also going to get clean from several months long opiate habit (oxy, fent, codeine, bupe etc.). I have some lyrica (which keeps withdrawls at bay wonderfully) and very little tramadol left. So i was thinking of probably starting the detox right after i get the shot. I'll try to save them for that day if i can or else i'll be withdrawing while getting it and most likely can't even make it to the health center let alone leave my apartment. I'm unable to get any more opiates right now and I also want to be clean before the trip. So does anyone know if there will be any harm in regards of developing immunity if i'm withdrawing while getting the shot, or the day before/after?
