seems like a daft question but just want to make sure

ive had about 4 lines roughly 30mg maybe less over the past 5 hours also 2 etizolams

How are you feeling? Do you feel as though you may pass out? Do you feel like you are over-heating? If you feel like you may fall out then that could be a concern not to take a shower right now, if you're concerned about your body temperature already being risen that would also be a concern, as a hot shower will not help.

Otherwise a shower should be fine.

i feel abit sweaty as to expected anyway, dont feel like im overheating tho, maybe like a luke warm shower would be best then?

Yeah. If your not sweating profusely or feel chest tightness/discomfort or a racing heart you are fine. If you want to keep it on the safe side keep the water on luke warm.

You'll probably feel loads better after a shower though. That weird drug sweat-sludge will be washed off :P =D.

I like to lay on the bottom of the shower and relax as the water hits me. That way you can keep the water on hot but by the time it reaches the bottom of the tub and you it's cooled off a bit but you get the nice steam effect (I think steam helps in any drug washing-away scenario). Also laying down in the shower is just so darn comfortable and relaxing.

I agree with the suggestions made so far, but would like to add that it might also be worth considering if your body isn't lacking food or fluids at the moment. I had experiences before, where i felt fine and then took a shower, which led to feeling uncomfortable, dizzy, stomach problems, maybe circulatory problems etc. But this only happened when i wasn't eating enough or wasn't properly hydrated. But if you don't have problems like the ones the others mentioned and if you got enough food/water today, you should be fine.

And a shower can be a real blessing when taking ethylphenidate. I always feel great after it and it also helps with the vasoconstriction (but of course, only for a short time - and when having serious proplems with too much vasoconstriction it might even be a bad idea).

aye il make sure it isnt boiling hot like i normaly like it haha

ive had 2 etizolams im guessing they will be help with vasoconstriction
