Opioids safe/proper way of extracting morphine sulphate from 15mg ir tablets

im going to be IVing and for the sake of harm reduction i was hoping i could get some advice on the best way to get all the binder crap out without losing much product. mind you im not looking to change the sulphate to hcl or anything i just want to know how to get a good yield of morphine sulphate powder from 15mg instant release morphine tablets.

Break em up, put in cooker, squirt water, mix and filter with cotton. clean your cooker, filter with cotton again... (if you wish to use more than 2 pills, then crush and add another after cleaning your cooker, THEN add filter,) once you've added all the pills you wish to plunge, then repeat the filtering process 2-3 times to achieve best results... if you have a wheel filter, then do the above as well and once you've reached the last pill then filter for the last time with cotton once, then filter with wheel filter. Easy!

*Note* keep in mind theres a ratio to how many mg of Morphine dissolves into water per ml. might wanna research that before doing this as i assume you might want more than just 1-2 pills.
