. well just to let you know i popped about 3 1/2 chevy's as far as i can remember, pre, post and during the peak loaded with 'revital 8' antioxidant and alpha lipoic acid. - those were the only supplements i could get my hands on that day... but the peak lasted for approx 2 1/2 to 3 hrs and i dont think i was able to prolong the affectsby popping my last 1 1/2. but yeah, i felt moreish and despite your advice decided to go ahead (bad decision).
i just did a fair bit of research, sifting through links and searching... ^^^^ the above was really helpful. i most likely wont be popping for a while (atleast not these holidays) so nothing's really urgent for me. but just for clarification; this is the method of loading i have found seems to be generally accepted:
approx 1 - 1.5 hrs before dosing (drink with grapefruit juice)
1. 5-HTP - 200-400mg
(depending on whether i want an empathetic high?
2. L-Tyrosine - 500-3000mg
(depending on whether i want to feel speedy?)
3. DLPA - 500-3000mg
(depending on whether i want to feel speedy?)
4. Vitamin C - 1000
5. L-Glutamine - 2-5 grams
6. Magnesium - 500-1000mg
Post load:
1. 5-HTP - 200-400mg
2. Vitamin C - 1000mg+
3. Magnesium - 500-1000mg
and/or?
prozac 20mg @ 4-6 hrs after dosing.
and yes as far as i understand all doses are subjective to how my body reacts with the chemicals and so i should adjust them till i feel fine ....
so this information i gathered was provided a while ago and i just want some clarifications regarding the bolded text and also whether you guys agree whether this is a good method to go by. thought i'd ask because some of you seem to be quite knowlegable with this neurochemistry stuff and also because some of this method seems to be contradictory to the other method i quoted from advanc3d before(which mentions loading during the peak, and which mentions a few different supplements).
