I know that everyone is different depending on many factors regarding personal drug habits. I have had problems with alcohol in the past. I would be considered a binge drinker 3-7 days most likely 3-4 days every 4-5 months on average. Drinking nothing and having no real cravings in between because of the HORRIFIC withdrawal. Hallucinations, dt,s , foggy head, dry heaving for literally 13 hours straight.
Besides alcohol I have never been a hard drug or any for that matter habitual drug user.

I tried crystal meth about a little over three weeks ago against my better judgement and was hooked. I have since used every day smoking 4-5 times . Maybe 5 hits throughout the day and night. I want to quit and I will. I have eaten "some" foods , fruits, protein shakes, maybe a small sandwich most days. I have drank over a gallon of water every day along with electrolyte drinks. And have drank milk as well along with vitamins.
I have slept most nights but only an average of maybe 4 hours. There have been maybe 1 or 2 nights a week I do not sleep or get less. I did stay up 48 hours once.
What's constitutes a binge? Just constant use? Or no sleep food or water staying up for days and days at a time?

Also as I explained before I have been through hell and back with alcohol withdrawal.
When I do go off CM which will be in the next few days because circumstances allow .
Most likely what will my comedown be like? Horrific? Or mild compared to alcohol bingeing where I have not consumed food or drink other than mass amounts of alcohol for up to a week?
Any comments from those who have experienced this because I have not would be appreciated.
I am 37 years old and in excellent physical shape. Very active. And a healthy eater (when sober)
Thank you!

Hi there :)

I guess that depends on one's own definition of a binge.
Personally, I'd consider a binge to be a pattern of use that lasts a few days at a time, but isn't something used every day. Kind of how you described binge drinking. Except with meth the binges usually last longer. I've known people who dont use meth often to go on month-long benders, but after that they don't use for like a whole year.
I think if someone is using every day, it has surpassed the definition of a binge, and would be considered more to be habitual use.
That's just my opinion though, I'd assume everyone's definition of a meth binge vary.

Thanks so much! That makes sense. I know this can't go on much longer. Any advice about the comedown? In about 5 days it will be every day for a month. I'm scared.
Thanks again?
