Opioids Ryzolt (tramadol)

I have quick question. I have two Ryzolt 300mgs pills. I never have taken this drug before but have developed a tolerance to most other painkillers (oxy, perc), which I take on a daily basis. I'm wondering if taking one of these is safe and if i wanted to decrease the dosage by cutting it in half, is that a good idea? I'm relatively small (130lbs), but like I said I do have a tolerance.
 
Don't all reply at once! Anyway I figured I would just say what happened in case anyone else comes across this stuff. I took one 300mg Ryzolt and felt pretty good since it lasted all day. Nothing crazy just the normal tramadol type feeling. That night, i had the best sleep of my life. Super comfortable and just a great sleep. The next day however, I had the worst headache I've ever had in my life. I don't think I've ever had a migraine but this must be what it's like. Seriously, i felt like my head was about to split open. and it lasted for well over 24 hours.

So much for trying something new.
 
^its pretty strange that no one answered your questions at all. Next time try putting dosing questions in basic drug discussion. We have plenty of information of the effects of tramadol so if you want to post a trip report, please do so in the trip reports forum.
