I was recently prescribed 5/325 percs after surgery. I went to fill the script, pharmacist said he was unable to fill because he had to verify with the doc and he couldnt get in touch with the doc at the hospital that prescribed.
so I called the hospital, they said if you are in enough pain to come back in to the ER and get a new script. I was stunned. like what the fuck? what a fucking asshole. They gave me so many IV opiates as I requested every two hours, it was great almost too good to be true.

I was discharged from the hospital on sunday morning and I tried to fill the script today, but that shouldnt make any difference. I tried to go without the narcotics, but need more relief. I didnt do anything wrong, I was basicly sucking their dicks with courtesy and kindness the whole time I was at the hospital and on the phone. I am always polite and look like a upper middle class male.

The pharmacist nor I could read the Doc's writing to decipher the hieroglyphics the name was written in maybe you can help
I know what all the lingo like 'PRN' and all that is

DSC00704.jpg

The first letter of the first name looks like either a "C" "Q" "L" or "O"

And the first letter of the last name is obviously an "A" followed by maybe an "N", which may make sense b/c one of the docs I saw was asian and An or Ahn is an asian last name. But, I spoke to a few doctors.

the first name ends in -ely it appears
and the last name is An, maybe?
I searched and called for hours please any help will be appreciated

no, I understand all that. I need to figure out what that name is. I need to contact that person to have them tell the CVS pharmacist "Yeah, that perc script I wrote for AmblerG is legit, fill dat shit"

Thanks HdoubleOdeezy n adubwakka

They do have a site, and I have been searching connely and other names for like an hour. this shit is ridiculous, why couldn't this guy just fucking fill it? it s fucking legit as shit, legit ass paper, quantity, handwriting, does he legally have to verify?
I'm bout to take it to another pharmacy if theres a possibility they wont verify and put me thru all this shit.

Check both your discharge papers and or the wristband from the hospital, they may have the name of the doctor in question on them. Hope that helps.

They were so unorganized, that I never even got a copy of the discharge papers. I only got a daily care plan n wound care n shit.
unbelieveable

They were really nice and coopertive when I was there, but since leaving its like I'm dealing with a whole different problem.
I really hope I can get these tomorrow. (today, actually, its almost 5 in the am)
Thanks!

Looks like Candy Ass to me ;)

On a serious note... Sorry but this isn't OD material. There isn't harm reduction discussion going on and none of us are trained scriptographers.

The situation you are in sucks and they should be more helpful, but just keep advocating for yourself. This should enough for the hospital to find the Rx-ing doc so be the squeaky wheel until they grease you with painkillers. You shouldn't have to go back to the ER for another script (which I presume isn't free).

Again, I feel for your situation and have been in similar ones myself but OD isn't the place for this discussion.

Best of luck to you.
