I can't stand
how vulnerable I feel
when I think about it.

I can't take
how naked I feel
when I consider it.

I don't understand
how great I feel
when I'm so vulnerable.

I can't comprehend
how free I feel
when I'm completely naked.

It makes me cry
inside
when I put up my sheild,
crawl back in my armor
and run away.

Sometimes it all u know...to put that shield up...I fight this day in and day out...and still....I can't figure it out...

Short, to the point. I like this poem. I really enjoyed the structure of it, the series of questions, followed by the final conclusive statement.
