PhreeX, I don't think they are treating it as a criminal issue. They are using the beatings as a stimulus to change behaviour, like Shock-Treatment perhaps, albeit a more sadistical form.

that isn't a cure, it's fear.
 
How about we find people who support this, or perhaps the people running it, inject them with shitloads of narcan, and BEAT THE FUCKING SHIT OUT OF THEM with canes, belts, steel bars, etc.... That will teach them not to be the REAL animals here, they deserve to be killed , but thats to easy, i think they should be repeatedly slammed in the back with a large metal bar, then denied any pain treatment, inject him with amphetamine so he cant sleep if he wants to, along with narcan, and break his back in 50 diff places. Then we can start breaking other bones.
Well see how he feels about opiates then.

Russians are experts at what is known as chemical torture - iv injections of sulfa-based preparations which "make your blood feel like its boiling for several hours" while your stomach is doing its best to turn itself inside out.
