I used to enjoy smoking a little before running ~10-15 prior. I would run 3 miles and if I smoked before I would daydream and being in my head helped the run go by.
I, however, could not smoke before working out I would get jelly arms while trying to do push-ups. I do know a few weight lifters who like to eat small edibles before a work out.
I used to only be able to play sports while faded. When i didn't smoke before it felt weird and i'd fuck up. Blunts or burning anything would make the workout harder on your lungs than when taking a dab imo.
