Still have gas?

You can just boil the water in a pot and place a dish on top of it to evaporate, it'll usually keep boiling long enough to evaporate most if not all of the remaining alcohol. If it doesn't just heat it up again for a second time. That's what I did before I picked up a ceramic electric cooking plate, they're pretty cheap secondhand. And the weed smell isn't really noticeable for very far, the alcohol travels further though.
I like the alcohol extracts a lot more than butane as well, not as selective as butane, picks up more terpenes and other goodies, don't do quick washes either, with good weed anyways. Trimmings at the most half a minute with iso to make sure it doesn't pick up too much gunk, it never solidifies fully if you try to evaporate even the thinnest layer of iso. I don't really use ethanol, the amount of isopropyl that remains in the endproduct should be completely negligible if you do it right, which is basically just making sure that you don't pour in too much liquid to evaporate all at once. If you pour in too much it will keep bubbling up alcohol because the viscosity has become too high to get rid of it, looks like decarbing good oil, but it's the alcohol trying to get out, which will not happen completely, always just try to keep the layer of alcohol to evaporate as thin as possible and you nearly always get shatter material.
And try to reclaim the oil from the plate while it's still warm, hot actually, just put a towel underneath it, makes it so much easier to collect the oil without making a mess by scattering little bits all over yourself when you're trying to scrape it together when it cools down.
