Roxycodone vs Percocet

This probably sounds weird, but I feel very different effects when using these two pills, even at the same dose. For whatever reason, 3x 5mg Percocet feels WAY stronger than half of a roxy 30. Has anyone else experienced something like this, or am I just crazy?
 
Many like it better, at least in terms of pain relief as the APAP synergizes with the oxycodone for analgesia.
 
There are two major reasons percocet may feel stronger than a roxycodone. The first being the tylenol in the percocet. Though it's not a CNS depressant, tylenol still acts as a moderate potentiator to opiates. The second reason is because percocet digest generally faster than roxycodone 30s do, providing a quicker more intense high. I hope this answers your question, and no you're not crazy!
 
Percs digest faster than a roxi? Gtfoh. How exactly did you come to that conclusion.

I have to agree. Have you ever seen a roxi? One roxi is like 1/6 the size of a perc, then you cut that in half. Plus roxi is an instant release formula. I've never actually eaten my roxi so I couldn't say for sure how much faster they kick in but I can conjecture that they have the upper hand vs a bulky APAP pill.

Why would Percocet digest faster? Roxy is instant release too. I don't agree with everyone else attacking you though, because Percocet works faster if I eat it too. I don't know, but with roxy it's like I'm missing the rush or something

I appogize if I came off as "attacking" or anything close to it. I'd be one of the last people to flame someone.
At the time, though, I was just really taken-a-back by that statement.
Now, maybe those A/15's will take longer to digest because they are so hard. But the other type, that turns to a fluffy powder when crushed, must turn to mush the moment it hits your stomache.
 
So would chewing them have any difference in speed? It does seem like they would dissolve very fast
 
I guess it just depends on what you are using it for. The only pills I've used for physical pain were Percocet and Vicodin, both did a great job at killing pain but the rec effects of oral perc were not near as good as plugged roxi.

It's probably just my ROA that's causing my bias but I'd take roxi any day of the week even for pain, if I wanted more relief I would take acetaminophen pills on top of roxi.
 
As far as chewing, I would parachute instead. Grind up your pill into a fine powder then wrap it up in a peice of toilet paper in a ball shape. Then swallow.
I suppose it would take effect faster.

As for me, on an empty stomach I can take my normal dose , oxy or hydro and I only break the pills up with my teeth(not chew) and lll be getting high in 15-20 minutes.

It's been like that for me since in can remember. Of course it encourages me not to eat when I binging out with is not good.
 
I've never tried parachuting because I'm afraid I'd lose powder and waste my stuff. How do you guys do it without losing powder?
