Roxanol (Morphine Sulfate) - What would you do with it?

What would you do with it? Drink it strait? Add to an alcoholic drink? Dry it out and snort it? Snort the liquid? IV, IM?

Also, what else is in it.. h2o or what?

Just curious what you guys would do with it and also if you have an idea of what you would expect to pay if that is allowed to be discussed.

If you dry it out you're most likely going to lose a lot of it.

You can't IV or IM it. It's got additives that are dangerous to inject and will probably cause immediate irritation along with other potentially serious problems.

Drinking it would be somewhat wasteful.

Dropping it under your tongue is how it's meant to be used and is highly effective.

Trying to snort the liquid probably wouldn't be any better than just putting it under your tongue. I've tried doing this with liquid diazepam before and it didn't seem any better than using it sublingually.

Just because he was outspoken does not mean he knows more about opiates or has more experience than other people on the board.

Supposedly it is supposed to be mixed with 1oz juice or apple sauce. But sublingually sounds better to me too.

I was just saying it would be nice to see a post from PhreeX
 
Yea.. checked but doesn't say what is in it aside from "Morphine Sulfate is, Morphinan-3,6-diol, 7,8-didehydro-4, 5-epoxy-17-methyl-,(5, 6-)sulfate(2:1)(salt), pentahydrate."

What else is in there?
 
Grr, I wanted to copy the info on inactive ingredients but the stupid pdf wouldn't let me. FUCK COMPUTERS!!

Anyway...

For inactive ingredients in the oral solution concentrate it says: edetate disodium, sodium benzoate, and other ingredients (real helpful, I know).
 
Back when I was a drugstore cowboy, I finished off 600mg Morphine Sulphate via a bottle of Roxanol in a very short time. All of my usage was sublingal. This caused some type of weird irritation under my tongue, but it never got serious. Just giving you the heads up.
 
Morphine + Ethanol?

What do you guys think about mixing it with alcohol?

Seems that if it is not diluted it causes a tummy ache.
 
Why not eat something (a few slices of bread) to fill up your stomach a bit? That should help with the tummy ache. I imagine alcohol would increase your chances of stomach upset.
