I am new here I just tried to post this ? but for some reason it would not show up I don't know if I did it wrong or what but I need help I just got a new brand of dillys made by Roxanne laboratories 4mg dilaudid white round imprints are 4 other side 56 196 I tried iving them as I do all the time and got no rush or anything I know they are real as they did give me a itch I have tried 2 more all with the same issue I am not sure that they don't have some kind of anti abuse or something in them or what's the deal but its very upsetting and I need help with this I was wanting to know if anyone elve has had this issue or know what I can do to get passed it could I use the Opana method with alcohol and heat? or do you have an idea that would work I am at the end of the road on ideas so I need some help Thank You GUYS So Much,

We don't allow threads discussing the potency of generic medications... if you got them from a pharmacy there is pretty much no way they can be fake. And there are test kits out there you can get to test opioids... the Mandelin reagent is one.

It sounds like you are just experiencing opioid tolerance. Dilaudid pills & their generic cousins are literally just lactose and hydromorphone, there is no anti-abuse or time release or anything.
