My little brother has a dog that looks a lot like that, he's an Australian Shepherd. Also my girlfriend's neighbor's dog who is I believe an English Shepherd. What kind of dog is yours?

Sorry I only saw this now
Shadow was a Rottweiler X Border Collie
I got him when I was 14 and had to put him down in 2016 due to cancer.
He was 16 years old and was my life.
I miss him terribly

dogs are the best. But the worst when we have to say goodbye.
 
I haven't stuck my head in here for a while (sorry guys)

I voted for white_rose because, wow, so stunning and simple and amazing colors

there were some great ones, honorable mentions to mal3volent xorkoth and bptubbs those were great too

Hmmm... I'm wondering what people think about these potential topics? I don't really want to just pick a category because I'll naturally gravitate to ones I particularly like photographing that I may or may not already have good examples of to choose from.

  • Insects
  • Plants
  • Trees
  • Light (maybe too close to shadow though)
  • Action/Movement
  • Anyone else have an idea they feel strongly about?
 
Well done shdowmeister Xork - I voted White Rose, but loved severl
Love the tree ide...my suggestion is food (don't feel v strongly bout it though - bloody exclmtion mrks hve gone s well s my 'eh's)
 
We could just have a free for all, as in choose whatever you'd like. But I would of course defer to you xorkoth, shadow king.
 
Trees is an awesome topic, but we've done that repeatedly in the past (and will be doing it repeatedly in the future, just cause it is an awesome topic).

I like the idea of food. I mean, yes generally speaking I do like the idea of food, but I specifically as our next photo contest topic :)

Either food or cooking perhaps? Thoughts?

OR the next theme could just be Shadowmeister and we could all stalk Xorkoth and see who can get the best candid cam picture of him using the toilet or something =D
