No, heat, moisture and light would probably degrade most of the drug, and how do you want to get high off it? Lick the wall? The stuffs gonna get covered by paint when the paint dries, this sounds like a pretty dumb idea, no offence, and a waste of drug.

Read about the Moscow Theatre Hostage Crisis, Russians secret service agents pumped Fentanyl, or 3-methylfentanyl into the ventilation system and killed a ton of people. I wonder what the concentration of the gas was when they did that. You'd more than likely kill everyone, with the exception of that one lone junkie in the theatre who they find having the time of his life.
