I am prescribed dilaudid legitimately for pain, but I usually snort it as it acts quicker. I would like to try injecting the pills but don't want to risk wasting them. I have new needles/syringes, but no filter or the special water. Could i use cotton and boiled water??? Like i said, complete novice.
Any good advice will be appreciated.

Thanks-

Same question for the OP..

I ask because I am a chronic pain patient. Dilaudid works great for me and I do snort it also to get more of the drug and not have t wait an hour for it to kick in. My personal philsophy has been to NOT party with my pain meds so that I do not jack up my tolerance too quickly and I do not fuck up my ability to get something I NEED for pain. If your doc notices the track marks or other signs of opiate abuse, you will get branded an opiate addict and find it hard to get pain meds when you really need them. I urge you to think about this if you really need the drug for pain.. You might not want to risk fucking up something you NEED.

In my case, I use mostly as directed and if I wanna get high, I smoke some weed. Don't get me wrong, I love "the nod", especially at bedtime, but I have built a tolerance for a combo of drugs and use a combo to achieve it. My pain meds, a muscle relaxer, some benzos, some benadryl...

I choose not to bang any drug. I am afraid once I do, I will not come back. That's just me.

Any people out there know some "occasional bangers" or know what the odds are that once you start IV use, you will become a chronic IV user?

Hiya Red,
Using boiled water for IV generally isn't a big problem, but I would strongly advise you not to shoot pills without a micron filter.
Without this you risk serious damage not only to your veins but also your lungs (this is where most of the particulates will end up).
