Ive never tried the rockstar energy gum before so Im not sure if it even works. I think its a great idea to chew one piece of gum (40mg caffeine) while rolling balls! The 40mg one piece gum would make the roll stronger correct? Is 40mg of caffeine even enough to do anything to you? Is it a good idea?

People take caffeine products with MDMA all the time.. Even many pills with MDMA also have caffeine.. Caffeine can counteract the floory feeling of MDMA with some people and it can give an energy boost that gives your roll a bit of a push. Go for it, and anyways chewing gum usually feels great when you're rolling

Caffeine and MDMA are purported to have a synergy. But I prefer the smacky feeling of pure MDMA over the speedy MDMA/caffeine mix.

I can't see any harm in this, plus it'll save your teeth.

Foolish me, I've had my second molars taken out due to being young and stupid. Each one was broken beyond repair from MDMA, and now one of my first molars is cracked. Off to the dentist tomorrow. Now I only roll with chewing gum.

I find that caffeine + MDMA works quite well (However some people find caffeine a horrible stimulant with more bad qualities than good). If you take the caffeine as an energy drink / a piece of gum / a pill then that pretty much depends on you.

40mg of caffeine is quite a low dose. Red Bull has 80mg in one of the small cans, a rockstar around 164mg, and a NOS around 180. And then there is guarana which partially metabolizes into caffeine.

Start with one piece and decide from there. Half-life of caffeine is nearly 5 hours, so time your doses with that in account and you should be able to sleep by the end of your MDMA experience barring extreme sensitivity to caffeine, and of course possible stimulant adulterants in your MDMA.

I forgot to add - caffeine does not make your MDMA experience stronger. It simply adds a bit of energy to the mix :) - some people love it as it removes that heavy / floored feeling - some people hate it as it removes that heavy/floored feeling.
