Rolling twice in one weekend?

Rolled on Friday night.... thinking of rolling again tonight. I'm going to take a break after this, but just wonder what people's thoughts were. Am I wasting my money? BTW I've rolled once each of the last four weeks. Never have had any bad comedowns or anything. Also, these are 'flats'. I have to take at least 3 to roll.... but that's how it's always been.
 
Expect to be a carrot by Sunday sitting on the couch staring into space w drool dripping off ur chin because if u keep it up that's what you'll be. Time is an ecstacy users best friend. Less is more. It sucks but if u wana save ur brain follow the 30-60day rule and you'll be fine!

Im not quite at this level but not far from it due to issues with abuse like you are doing now. I did this back in the 90s.

Dont redose over 1 night, dont take more than 150mG take a minimum 3 month break.

If you choose to ignore any of the above then once you get above the age of 30 you will start to notice what you have done.

Unfortunately then it is too late. What ever you do. What ever you want to achieve. What ever your dreams. You will need a good brain to reach that goal. Otherwise someone with a more active brain than yours will win the game.

Please dont abuse yourself like this.

Had you been sticking to a routine of rolling once every month/few months, and wanted to make one exception for a rather special event in your life - then I would say make sure you have a good pre + post-load regimen and go for it, then avoid repeating it again and double your usual break before your next roll.

However, you've conversely said that you've rolled every weekend for the last 4 weeks. Really even rolling once a month is going to cause problems eventually, and that's simply too much - now rolling two days back to back after doing that is going to cause real problems, so I'd seriously advise not to do it.

You'll get lesser effects and be wasting money, you'll likely have a bad comedown despite the fact you normally don't, you'll experience cognitive difficulties, it could worsen or create visual snow/static, it can also worsen any other problems you have currently, lead to a reduction or loss of the MDMA "magic", and just because the experience will still feel good it'll set the idea in your subconscious that taking MDMA on consecutive days is fine and worthwhile, so you'll have cravings and desire to repeat it in the future.

Definitely not worth doing. Wait a month! <3
 
Stupid idea, when Im faced with this situation I plan ahead and decide to roll the second night, usually drinking the first which makes it more enjoyable knowing im going to be rolling the following night.

Even once a week is pretty stupid, although I have for the past 7 I STRONGLY RECCOMEND YOU DONT for the reasons everyone has said above - me personally neurotoxicity is the greatest concern.

BUT, if you are going to do it, which I'm telling you deffintly dont, load up on your pre supps if your not already and post load what is neccesary. Im a pusher for antioxidants with MDMA use so I reccomend them aswell. I also reccomend not doing it twice in a weekend.
 
I would recommend taking a break if you'd like to continue to use MDMA. That's way too often to be rolling and a waste of your money and time. Get a healthy hobby, plan ahead for your next roll, and wait patiently.

What pre-supps would that be ? I've just rolled from saturday midnight till 1pm on sunday.. So guess i've missed the opp to presupp. I'd be more interested to hear what 'post load' is about (all i've taken is a multivitamin capsule)

Have a look into what that sort of redosing can do to you. I strongly advise you to be more responsible with your MDMA consumption before you do some serious damage. Do your research.

Riz did you keep doosing till 1pm or you were really slowly comming down? Just curious as I can have my last dose at 4am and be rolling through till 1...

You can find more deatiled information about it regarding how/what/how much and why to take each supp but basically the idea behind it is to fill up your serotonin stores, prevent neurotoxicity and to make the experience more enjoyable and reduce sides.

Pre load; common supps include 5HTP/Tryptophan which are Serotonin (5HT) precusors, Magnesium to reduce jaw clenching, Antioxidants to reduce nerotoxicty from oxidaitve stress caused by free radicals from dopamine and MDxx metabolites

During; dont know a lot of people who do but typically magnesium and antioxidants

Post; 5HTP/Tryptophan again to restore serotonin levels, antioxidants for neruotixicty. I know many people including myself take multivitamins and electrolyte blends/salt to restore the water soluble vitamins/minerals lost due to sweating while rolling.

Hi yeh i know. It was a stupid decision but it's done now eh. I'm far from inexperienced so don't worry about me lol.

Yeah should be MollyFeind not FEIN lol typo when signing up

Make sure you find out what doses to take, especially with the 5HTP as it can cause serotonin syndrome if too much is taken before or after rolling, when peaking is obviously going to cause it too.

Been reading up a little on the topic of 5HTP this evening and seems there is very mixed evidence to suggest this.

According to one report they suggest no recorded incidents. Possibley a low risk but not a conclusive fact.

I really don't understand why people suggest that 5HTP and MDMA can cause SS. 5HTP is just a precursor to serotonin, it doesn't cause any serotonin to be released into the synapse. Think about it, everytime we roll we most have some 5HTP present if the brain is producing serotonin naturally. In my eyes its like saying eating a SHIT ton of carbs rich in L-Tryptothan while rolling could cause SS. Furthermore, we know the serotonin system is delicate and slow in production/repair hence the importance of moderation. I fail to recognize how 5HTP taken while rolling is going to convert 5HTP into serotonin and is then going to release a massive amount of serotonin all before we've metabolized the MDMA and comedown.

Maybe i'm missing something but it just doesn't seem logical?
 
Hi well i took 100mgs of 5htp at 5pmish. It's now 830pm and i can conclusively say - i feel better.
Still have a slightly spaced out feeling -- but the kind of mini mental battle; to fight off impending negative thoughts + let it escalate into a small depression, has completely gone (maybe that's just me). I feel i'll get a good nights rest + be perfectly normal tomorrow.

Personally, regardless of medical reasons, I wouldn't want to roll that often because I wouldn't want to diminish the magic.

Just go do some other drugs instead of MDMA.
