Hey everyone

I just wanted to ask, quickly, what you would all recommend I do or take 5 days before my next roll (it'll have been two full months since my last roll).

I took 5-htp for about a month after my last roll and have stopped taking it for about a month now. I was told piracetam was also very good but that you needed to take something with it to get its full benefits.

Other than that I've started trying to get my cardio going for the past couple of days. I've been trying to eat as healthy as possible (veggies, full and healthy meals, etc.).

Just wanted to know what y'all would recommend for me to get the most out of my roll.

just stick with eatin healthy, piracetam, and exersize.

dont take 5HTP for more than 5 days in a row though. or it'll downregulate 5HT receptors (bad). and dont take it on the day of your roll.

maybe some magnesium to help with the clenching? other than that id say yer gooood:)
 
seems skrillex already beat me to the case, definately advise some nice magnesium certrate or something to stop your jaw being your enemy :)
and yes exactly as you have said, certainly a good diet of vegies and fruit :) this is more so very beneficial the day after rolling i find. especially if you chuck in a sports isotonic drink to help re boost the electrolytes

as for 5htp, i recomend, 2 nights b4 the rolls, thats my regular trick, at 100mg per day. also try find something rich in vitamin b6 to have it with, as 5htp will carry and help convert it to serotonin :)

i think the most important thing, plan the day the best you can, make sure you have lots of camera batteries, limit your money, carry a condom(seriously, guys it is the love drug, and can be a negative) and plan a safe way home.

I was told Vitamin C was also good. But I was also told that it turns into acid and is harder on the digestive tract as well as eliminating certain "whatevers" in ecstasy that would otherwise strengthen your high...

I always carry condoms on me (like at ALL times) but I highly doubt anything'll happen. I'll be rolling with lesbian friends on Thursday. We'll just be walking around high. But you're right. I guess we never know haha.

well vitaminC makes the stomach more acidic, and amphetamines arent absorbed as well in an acidic environment.

and MDMA is an amphetamine.
 
So then I should take Vitamin C more AFTER I've rolled. Right? So I don't jeopardize my roll but I can at least get it's anti-oxidant uses just the same...

I've noticed very little impact on the strength of my roll and I pop 2 vitamin c about an hour or so before, another 1 when I drop, and 1 more when I redose, unfortunately I don't recall the dosage of the vitamin C pills though:(
