rolling once a week then coke

ok so i rolled one pill on sunday and am planning on doing coke drinkign and pot on friday and saturday would this affect my brain chemistry ?even if im taken 5htp help would be appreciated..still have onepill left tho although i dont think it would be wise for me to use it this week im waiting maybe for late may or so..

no no my next roll thequestion is if my last roll will affect the coke like if this will worsen the coke comedown than originally

I niormally do coke and booze early on in the evening and drop an E later on so I stop doing coke when the roll is coming up and then just stick with the E the rest of the night.
Until I want to crash out I start smoking weed.
