So I rolled with a friend of mine the other night and while she rolled really hard and had an awesome time her roll didn't last anywhere near as long as mine and I was rolling harder than her all night. We took the same Molly the same way so that wouldn't matter. It had been a year since she last rolled and over a year for me. The only explanation I can think of is her history of antidepressants.

She's been off of them for like 3 or 4 years now I think but was on them for like 11 or 12 years. I haven't done much research into antidepressants and mdma because it never really effected me but from what I have read long term antidepressant use can permanently reduce one's ability to roll. If this is the case what can be done to improve her rolls? Are there some specific supplements that would help her roll better?

The only other thing I can think of is the last time she rolled she ODed passed out and went into seizures. I don't know if this was an MDMA overdose or just severe dehydration though.

She also has a history of drug use (coke, heroin, crack, meth, etc.) but has been clean for like 9 months. Idk if this also contributed to her reduced rolls.

I'll find out more information on what specific antidepressants she was on and add that information.

I'm just wondering what she can do beyond the usual exercise and eat healthy that would improve her experience on mdma after her history.

Well, depending on what antidepressants she was on it could be that she will never be able to roll like she used to again. She is lucky to even be able to roll at all if she was on SSRIs for that long.

If she didn't take MDMA for over a year and didn't have that great of time its either a lost cause or lingering tolerance. If she was a meth head...that could be it seeing that meth and MDMA have a cross tolerance.

tolerance is a strange thing an it can take a very long time to go down if the period of abuse was great enough it may never return to normal. but really she should be happy she can roll at all if she was taking SSRIs. Just take the experience at face value...If she already had an abuse problem, the last thing she needs is to be chasing the MDMA high.

i dont respond well to serotonergic drugs since doing mdma and taking ssris. i swear these ssris are making more serious changes then people realize.
