So I've been looking all over the internet, and not one post has actually stated that the Nighttime version of robo is better that straight robo, but it totally is. Has no one had the enlightment trip from this? The one where everything feels like a dream and it makes you realize how unimportant everything is?

Does this stuff really beat out the mxe trip for you guys? I loved Dxm but have since found mxe is to be superior and easier because you don't have to drink syrup. Have you guys tried mxe and If so how would you compare the effects to dxm? Thanks guys

Stop consuming this, Robitussin Nightime DM contains the anti-histamine doxylamine which can cause seizures and delayed onset rhabdomyolysis in high doses (to put it simply, muscle deterioration). Read the packages and use a product that contains DXM only.

Yeah, but the doxylamine is obviously responsible for the better trip. Lotsa stuff is dangerous, doesn't mean it's not worth it.

I'm sure you'll think that small increase in pleasure is worth it when your going through renal failure and your skeletal muscle is deteriorating. Don't be an idiot, buy a DXM only product and take a medium dose of doxylamine on the side. If your gonna continue doing this, please don't reccomend anyone follow suit, this means going on forums touting it as a superior high without also adding how stupid it is at the same time. Your consuming over 300mgs of doxylamine btw... 12x the 25mg dose.

One hundred and nine cases of monointoxication with doxylamine were evaluated with respect to age distribution, amount ingested, plasma level, and clinical symptomatology. The age of 60% of the patients ranged between 16 and 30 years. In about 60% of the cases 10 to 40 times a single therapeutic dose (25 mg) was ingested. Doxylamine plasma concentrations exceeded the maximum plasma level after a therapeutic dose by a factor of 10 to 40 in two-thirds of cases. The most frequent symptoms included impaired consciousness, seizures, tachycardia, mydriasis and a 'psychosis' similar to that in catatonic stupor. A serious complication may be rhabdomyolysis with subsequent impairment of renal function and acute renal failure. No symptoms were observed in 39% of the patients. No correlation was found between the amount ingested or doxylamine plasma level and the clinical symptomatology. Primary detoxication included gastric lavage, administration of activated charcoal and sodium sulfate. Regarding the high frequency of doxylamine overdose and its possible complications the question arises as to whether doxylamine-containing preparations should be subjected to prescription.

25-50mg pf doxylamine knocks the eff out lol. Couldn't imagine it at those doses. That would be like trying to trip off of diphenhydramine lol. Just, no.

SWIM tripped Benadryl for 2 weeks straight on a 24 pill/48 pill pattern, and doxylamine is a much different antihistamine trip from diphenhydramine. It doesn't feel evil, it only makes SWIM feel very confused. Benadryl makes SWIM want to push the universe away while doxylamine makes SWIM want to understand everything about it. It makes SWIM very creative and it makes every feeling profound and exaggerated. It might be bad, but if done once or twice, it won't kill. It might be the mixture of DXM and doxylamine, but DXM usually wears off after 5-8 hours and doxylamine lasts about another 4 hours by itself, and there is a weird detachment from reality when you wake up after going to sleep. The trip taught SWIM that it doesn't matter if it's dangerous, if SWIM dies tomorrow or in 100 years he'll still be dead eventually. It's an enlightenment, it obviously comes with some burden.
