Heres a great quote i just found, that last sentence kinda sums him up:
Downey, 36, was arrested Thanksgiving weekend at the Merv Griffin Resort in Palm Springs, California, after police responded to a 911 caller reporting someone in the room had guns and drugs. No weapons were found.
