So i don't usually get RLS... but i did last night.. big time.... what i do with my bupe is i sniff/IV it wihin two days... could the RLS kick in 5 days later...?

OR

could it be the cyamemazine that i take, i noticed when i ook a lot of it i got RLS (last night i only had 3 times 25mg (lowest dose)???

and what cured it? i don't think it was the diazepam, i took 50mg alltogether, then i tried taking 2 times 2mg loperamide.. then later i took this anti-epilepsy medication that some waky psychiatrist Rxed me agess ago... and i think it was that that stopped the painfull, discomfort of the RLS...

You can take some french medication called Coltramyl (Thiocolchicoside), but be careful not to dose too much of it because it can cause severe pain in the stomach (derived from colchicine, a poison). Very good for RLS but I think it's on prescription.

thankfully I don't get this much when sleeping while I'm sick.

unfortunately I still do get it during the day. usually when I'm sitting down, and I notice it a lot when I'm in the tub trying to relax my stiff muscles in the hot water with epsom salt.
